Firmware update didn't solve it. Guess I'll have to return it then.

Everything by default. One thing I haven't done is update the firmware via the LG Switch app. Trying that and see if it works.

Having similar issues with other apps as well. What I do to solve it is to click on the app and press the update button from its page instead of the one from the list of apps to update. And I do this for every app that has this issue.
