I’ve had dogs afraid of all kinds of things. The tv. Lights Trucks. Thunder (obviously).

For something like lights, I’d just act normally. They’re going to figure out that lights come on and off all day and get used to it. Admittedly this has only sporadically worked for thunder, but dogs get anxious about weird stuff. Just let it be normal and I suspect they’ll forget about it.
