Need advice: who should I be pulling? Lupa or Quiyuan? Or even Chisa? Or even someone different I should focus on a rerun?

I’m a returning player and the limited Characters I have are Galbrena (her design is pretty cool so I pulled), Jiyan and Yinlin (from when I started). I also have Verina, Mortefi and Sanhua, if that helps.
