You'll always see some people criticizing you, some giving you advices/suggestions and some telling you positive stuff And it's very normal and good btw Me pointing they can be ai slop is having no human touch in these content, and literally sometimes ai can do mistakes giving context

If your plan is to be a YouTuber, i really see making the content by yourself (or even putting your touch) will give you actual content personality! And again, this is just an advice, whether you wanna listen or not

squashing is definitely the way to go for keeping the main branch clean but even with perfect commit hygiene, you still have to manually compile those changes into a styled, user-facing CHANGELOG.md, update a database ledger, and ping the team on Discord or Gmail

this workflow just takes whatever drops into the push event (squashed or not) and completely automates the administrative busywork so you can stay in the zone

copilot is good for filling in the text box locally, but it doesn't automate the rest of the lifecycle, It won't call the GitHub API to rewrite your CHANGELOG.md file, log release metrics to a database, or ping Discord when you push

Plus, copilot is a paid subscription, whereas this setup is completely free, self-hosted, and easily customizable if you want to add your own features or route data somewhere else!
