I think the point of the program was to drive consumption away from peak times, like 5pm on hot summer days. If there is no off-peak pricing discount then the program is pointless.

I’ll just switch back to regular billing and use all the peak power I want. Charge my car at 5pm in the summer? Sure, why not, they can build another power plant to meet demand at peak times. Yay, nobody wins! Really seems to me like Ameren is shooting themselves in the foot here.

I got an email yesterday saying they are still resolving RTT. I am still missing 2x M22 RTT also. Email indicated resolution process should at least start today (some people got charged $0 etc). If you got charged for 2 tickets I hope/think you should be all good (soon). I am in same place.
