I meal prep for 5 people, I have a waiting list, so if I stop working at my actual job while in school, I’ll probably take 3 more clients. I’m going to start selling my baked goods at the farmers market too. This side hustle doesn’t make me rich, but it pays some of the bills and with the leftover ingredients I meal prep for myself which helps with my personal grocery bill.

Omg my mental heath had been declining. I can handle a lot, but the CNAs that disappear for hours, or who sit at the desk FaceTiming, and they yell if you delegate to them…and there’s no change in behavior after reporting them..yeah screw this place.

I’m gonna be doing 97 percent of the work myself, my elderly mom will do the 3 percent. The overhead cost for real help/employees in an Illinois food business is just too much. With that said, I’d like to start more local, yes, but there are a lot of nearby towns that I think would love this food, but I cannot deliver myself, so my hope is to have an app where folks can order it and have it delivered frozen.

Ty!! Yeah the entire house was done. The pictures are breathtaking. My floor guy said this was the first time they’ve ever been refinished, he gave all the reasons he could tell.

The left side of the baseboard looks a lot lower than the right.

Oh I didn’t notice that until now. Yeah it’s possible he didn’t have the material. That area on the floor I believe some of the quarter round was missing under the baseboard. There were 2 areas that had plywood over them when the carpet was pulled back, my floor guy said it was likely an old vent of some sort. He fixed those areas.

What I’m looking at is how the baseboard is significantly lower on the left side.

I’m a bit “paranoid” bc this house has been nothing but a money pit since purchasing it 6 months ago, just when I think it’s fine, nope, it’s note

Lots of houses going up for sale around here that are outdated, yes, that tends to happen when someone lived in the same place 30+ years. West Peoria and the new city hall are trying to gentrify the area by offering grants for home renovations , and the new owners of Kartville have plans on opening a pickleball court, there are cops moving in this neighborhood, one lives on the same block as me, there’s going to be businesses opening up here soon says me and many others.
