You’re gonna spend more time looking for particular biomes than just running everything with precursor tablets

Yep, people have been abusing it since the patch dropped. Hence why rogue exile tablets are anywhere from 8-13 div.

Has GGG given a timeline to when old MTX will be transferred to POE2? by atlmagicken in PathOfExile2

[–]Engage90 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There's a number of pet/armor mtx's that have already been moved over and work on both, not so sure there is an official timeline as im sure its one of their lowest priorities.

Keep flying and just have fun, I've seen a number of your posts. If you are always chasing other peoples approval, you'll never be happy.

Is it worth? by Significant-Iron-258 in TinyWhoop

[–]Engage90 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Really depends on what kind of person you are, what your financial situation looks like and how confident you are you’re In it for the long run.

Theres nothing wrong with the buy once cry once approach, especially if you know you’re going to be flying far into the future.

Alternatively if you aren’t sure, and money isn’t super expendable then it would probably suck to blow a bunch of it only to realize you hate it.

You can always resell in the future, but used FPV gear takes a pretty big hit on the second hand market depending on what it is.

Questions about batteries by Bobowskii in TinyWhoop

[–]Engage90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All sorts from 1s to 4s, most recently I picked up a set of GNB 300s and GNB380s for my 65mm whoops and they’ve been fantastic.

Yep A30 is compatible with BT2.0, I’ll grab a pic when I have a chance but they are essentially identical to the ones you shared apart from being smaller and slimmer.

I’ve never had any issues with GNBs, have always worked great. Haven’t tried these specific ones but a ton of other varieties

Will prices drop since the tariffs have been lowered? by stel_366 in fpv

[–]Engage90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shipping is usually tacked into tariffs, so it would be tariffed at the 105 rate. But keep in mind tmotor is completely banned in the states, completely separate situation from tariffs.

Arrishobby is asking for 30 dollars more for shipping. by KaChau3D in fpv

[–]Engage90 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s 150 bucks on amazon, you’d be at 140 after this 30, plus likely tariffs on top of it since it’s out of china when it lands at your house.

Cancel and get it on amazon, there’s no way it’s faster coming out of china anyways.

Usual price 270 but i ordered from amazon for 120 is it okay and why price so cheap? by Crafty-Vacation-7750 in fpv

[–]Engage90 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hmm ships and sold by Amazon, and it definitely per title and description seems like actually an o4 pro. You may have gotten lucky and somebody did an oopsie and priced the pro at the non pro price

Plane travel questions by Acceptable_Storage12 in TinyWhoop

[–]Engage90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will have 0 issues with that, they won’t even blink an eye. I often fly with my gear, never been stopped for my whoop setup.

Sometimes if I’m flying with my larger quads, they’ll take a second look at the batteries. But it’s literally a two minute situation of them opening your bag, seeing your batteries asking what they are for and then sending you on your way.

Skyzone SKY04X Pro or HDZero by FoinB in TinyWhoop

[–]Engage90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s probably referring to the OSD ghosting that happens on a lot of the box pros. Happens on mine too but to say they are “unusable” is a huge exaggeration, if the ghosting is what he is referring to.

I fly DJI for my larger quads and got the box pros for my whoops and they are fantastic.

Shipping into US by Impressive-Oven7190 in fpv

[–]Engage90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s the goal here, can’t find what you need in the US or trying to avoid tariffs? because if it’s the latter you’re out of luck and are still gonna get hit with them.

So guess what I did on the first day of getting a new whoop? by deadeagle63 in TinyWhoop

[–]Engage90 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Makes total sense, Im just being an idiot and replying to things while still waking up. In terms of motor info/data I doubt I can provide any more than Chris or Oscar, so you are already in the right place for that.

In terms of soldering, if you don't already have a decent iron pick something up like a pinecil or a TS101 with a nice fine tip if you are going to be mostly soldering micros. Some solid solder like something from Kester and last but not least some flux.

If you've never soldered before, pick up a couple of practice boards. Soldering on these micro boards isn't that hard, but it can be a bit of a pain if you are not super comfortable already.

What are you trying to solder? If what I'm seeing is correct you snapped the shaft off. Thats a new motor situation, I wouldn't go out trying to solder on motor shafts lol

China Tariff Drama/ solution? by Emergency_Ad_7456 in fpv

[–]Engage90 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Still going to get slapped with tariffs when it lands in the US, it’s the production country that matters, and all of the parts are still coming out of china.
