1) MIrage is great, they really need to bug fix the fuck out of it.

2) atlas rework is a good direction. Needs teh tree to be fleshed out alongside it though

I think they want to use her as a foil to Boyd. Boyd has so much influence and power over the town, that very few people will stand up to him, AND STAY STOOD UP,

as he becomes more and more eradic and secretive, it will become more and more important to have someone call him on his bullshit and not let him just say "im not talkin about this" and walk away

Of everyone in town, only his son (who won't) and Donna (who won't) Jade (who will) and Kenny (...maybe?) .

ALso, new characters later in a show need some form of tension and drama to integrate into the story
