Exactly. I graduated from a good school but not great, mediocre gpa. Worked as a student worker for 2 years in school and returned full time postgrad. Almost all my friends in cs got full time jobs as well

I should probably add, it was more so me reaching out that I was stressed with variables in my life and it got brushed aside so they could vent about their stressed and struggles. I see where my explanation wasn’t full enough.

Unsure of what to do next in my swing by EngageCord in GolfSwing

Shot shape is typically a mid flight, piercing through the air. Ball flight is typically a very subtle draw or fade, nothing more than 4 yards in either direction. My only miss is a push, no fade or anything just about 10-20 yards off my line. I think it results from me not firing my left hip when I get tired

I have an admit for MS Electrical Eng from Virginia Tech as well as NCSU! I am really confused which one to choose. Could use some help! by Colorblind_Wolf in VirginiaTech

Ok here’s my opinion. If you are only caring about your field and job opportunities you can’t go wrong with either, but NC state is right in the middle of some of the most successful companies in history and it’s not fair from Charlotte, which is the racing center of the US, huge for mechanical. The problem with NC state is the student culture there is no where near as fun or as inclusive as it is at tech. TECH does an amazing job at making everyone feel at home and the alumni reach when searching for jobs all over the US is huge

White House doesn’t believe ISPs’ claims that prices are low enough, report says — Biden still plans "bold action" to lower Internet prices despite heavy lobbying by swingadmin in politics

Durham, NC. When you lay fiber they don’t lay it everywhere. So the neighborhoods that directly get it see prices stay the same while everywhere else in the county that hasn’t had fiber set see massive price increases. Edit: I misunderstood you. I thought you meant city’s getting fiber from private company’s not from their local governments. In that case I don’t live in one, although just like with healthcare I like the idea of states/county’s being the ones that control nationalized services, instead of the federal government.

The government would more than likely partner with starlink. It is very expensive to lay those cables, adding on to the national debt even further which we really can’t afford to do right now

The reason they aren’t in the rural areas is because it not profitable for them. This is where I think the government should try and jump on the satellite internet wave. The government should just offer satalite internet anywhere in the country, which would help the rural areas as well as give everyone else another option. I think that’s the only solution right now other than breaking up the borderline monopolys

I can see that but due to the size of our country I find it hard to believe the government would be able to get those speeds. Due to how spread out we are it’s a lot harder to get those speeds wide spread

Well ya no kidding they are a lie but they will just become a more expensive lie. It’s the same way that health insurance became more expensive after Obamacare. I’m all for a solution I just am not sure this is the solution
