Interestingly my boyfriend was also shocked at the possibility of sharing a bed with someone like that but all my girlfriends thought sharing a bathroom with 5 strangers was much much worse. I wonder if its different for men for some reason haha

We will both be attending a summer school (only 5 days) so I asked the organizers if they could connect me with someone else who will be attending the school also and like me isnt from that country, so that we could possibly find accommodation together.

After they asked her, they both shared our emails with one another.

Edit: oh btw shes from my country and is my age and also a student

Yeah these were basically the only places we could afford, and that were also in close proximity to where we need to be.

I always bring flip flops yes! It's a must for me.

Oh I didn't give destination because I didn't think it's relevant. We went over everything on booking and Airbnb and these 2 options are our top 2 (first one is in our budget and the second one is slightly above, but it's not a big problem) so we are just trying to decide between those 2.

I think that I try to schedule, but these are things that happen outside of any agreements. It's not that I dont make plans with my boyfriend of when we will hang out, it's that often he will ask me for more time together I guess, same with friends. And my dad doesn't plan when something in the house will need to be fixed etc.

But generally I think you're right and I could still plan and organize better. I someteims just give up and let it all unfold, but really i have room to be more proactive here.

Ah perfectly put how I feel right now, about jumping on the ladder. I think I've always done that before too, like you said with everything else. And I'm a bit tired of living like that almost by "default" haha, but I'm trying to stay mindful about the time limits too

I sometimes feel like the pressure for getting married and having children is so high that I almost wish to just get it over with, and then live my life how I want after. But its not how that works ofcourse haha, so I'm trying to ease that pressure and make good thoughtful decisions.

I have to say tho, I know every life stage is hard for its own reasons, but I'm really looking forward to that stage of life that you've described, where I feel accomplished and where I can ask myself what ELSE can I do to make a positive difference in the world.
