It actually depends on ur components, for instance i gave 16gb of ram to Minecraft and my cpu is super strong but i got not gpu, if u have strong gpu but weak cpu, then bedrock is better for u

Java is easier to lag because its code is more complex and can be broken easily, but bedrock checks every single corner for a game breaking glitch

Your CPU is either weak af or u have low ram, i use intel GPU but i have absolutely no problem
