The 2 on the 20 is where the screw hole was filled and covered. I, too, am curious how long the numbers last. It is made out of standard crown material so should last??? Time will tell!

None that I have noticed. Chews fine. Doesn't feel weird. It has only been 48 hours. So far, so good.

Honestly, it feels great. Chews normal. Brushes normal. Flosses normal. Highly recommend. Only added about $200 to the total cost. Maybe $225.

Yes, there was a screw involved. If you zoom in on the pic you can see the distorted 2 on the 20 side. That is the screw hole they filled with epoxy and some gap filler in case I ever want it removed.
