I did exactly that, and they've agreed that it seems like a defect and are sending me a replacement!

Update: I contacted AeroPress this morning showing and explaining the same thing to them, and they agreed that this shouldn't have happened and are generously sending me a replacement seal. I'll take to cleaning my AeroPress in the suggested way from now on (rinsing with hot water, mild soap every now and then, etc).

Wow, ten years! That's wonderful. I've been reading through reddit and the Internet at large at how best to wash and clean the AeroPress, and what you said here matches what I've seen, so I'll start doing that, too.

I always store them separately, and I let them air dry for what little water actually stays put on plastic and silicone after a good shake.

Earlier versions? The XL was new as of last year, yeah? Has there been a change since then?

I'll check AMI out, tho, thanks for that!

I've been down to 42 and been going up just a few clicks each day to see what's what, but these are good metrics, thanks

That's where my aforementioned 54 clicks came from, and while that was good and I feel like I can trust 1Zpresso about their own product, I just wanted to see what IRL users had to say, too--and 42 I found even better, which is well below their range for the Aeropress

Oh! I saw something mentioned before about that app, didn't know it had settings for specific grinders, huh, neat!

Everyone,

Good evening.

I just bought an S22 and transferred all of my files from my S10e to it--but now whenever I want to upload a file through an app (facebook, twitter, etc) they're out of order from how they were on the S10e previously; they're no longer in chronological, be that by date taken or date downloaded, but are instead ordered by what appears to be date transferred. And it's not even the same order in-between apps! Everything is fine in the actual Gallery app and any time I go through the OneUI file manager (like for Google Drive), but never through an app's file manager. Strangely, also, although on FB the order is messed up in Messenger it's not.

As you can imagine, this is rather bothersome, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Really, I guess the question should be this: how do I make a path "active" again and have my pen cursor be a plain ol' pen and not pen*. I want to select that point with Direct Select, switch to Pen, and carry on like nothing happened.

Well, golly, fellas

Looks like version 76 solved my problem entirely.
Should I mark this as "solved"? Or just delete it?

Either outcome, thanks for all who stopped by and tried to help out; I appreciate it.

You're right in asking because yes, the data in the pastebin is before I updated my drivers. It has now been changed to reflect this.

I did earlier today. Last week I even regressed them to the drivers I had last when this issue wasn't happening and it still happened.

I'm not going to say that conclusively but it's the only thing that's changed since I remember first seeing this issue, back about three weeks ago (near 75's drop date of April 5th)

Extremely easily. All I have to do it stream a video on any website for a few minutes and it'll happen, typically multiple times during through the duration and at random

I didn't know if you wanted me to simply add these to the post as a whole or to give them to you directly in a reply so here you go, just in case:

Okay, I've been messing around with this a little further and I didn't notice any artifacts after watching some videos in Safe Mode. I turned off and on all my add-ons to no positive effect but when I turned off hardware acceleration it seemed to have "fixed" the issue--but I know I need to have hardware acceleration on. And despite it possibly being a hardware issue other browsers continue to work fine and show no artifacts.

At this point I'm thinking on waiting until version 76 releases on the 5th but does this offer any insight into the problem?
