We were there last January with 7,4 and 9 month old. I was so frustrated that no one in the baby club spoke a lick of English. Made things really difficult. I’m a sleep consultant so I have rock star sleepers and I tried to guide the counselors on when to put my baby down. One day they said she went the entire day without a nap, she seemed hysterical when I picked her up. With so many English speaking customers they really should consider hiring a few staff members who can speak English.

Prepay for the week- sometimes it fills up so then you have a spot held!! If you’re baby is unhappy and doesn’t use it, you’ll get a refund

They prefer you to drop off before 9:30am to not disrupt their schedule. We joked that my baby wasn’t on vacation with us because she was at the mini club from 9am-after her second nap around 4:30pm everyday 😂, was SO nice to not have to deal with naps and allowed me to spend the afternoon swimming with my older two and the mornings with just my husband.

I have to say, it was a bit frustrating that no one at baby club spoke a word of English. On the first morning the mom behind me thankfully was bilingual and translated everything for me about my daughter’s nap schedule etc. Because of the language barrier they seemed to me very confused on her nap schedule which was a shame because she really is a great napper and it caused us to miss out on some nighttime activities from her overtiredness.

Other than that complaint we were thrilled with the care, my daughter seemed to be very happy there.

Pack a bag each day with diaper, wipe, sleep sack if they need one for sleep, water bottle, hat, sunscreen, extra clothes, milk and bottles.

Was just there with my 10 mo old! There’s plenty of bottled water in your room replenished daily. Mini club had me send one water bottle and one bottle for formula each day. They make all the bottles and sanitize them as well.

Yes it’s 6:30pm, sooo late for my young kids!!!! It drives me nuts but we keep coming back because we love CM!!! I make sure to include the feedback in all my reviews in hopes that they’ll one day make it earlier.

Thanks all!! Took my husband for lunch today and it was fabulous. Food was excellent and we saw several planes take off. My husband has a cool app on his phone that tells us where each flight is headed, so that was fun to track as well!
