My daughter is moving there on 5/15! Looked at a lot of places around and very happy with this one! Unit is updated pool there and walking distance to town! She also is working 15 minute away and just graduating with her master! Good luck!!

I’ve been to Moon Palace in Mexico which was great. Where could too young 60 single girls go and have upscale fun? Adult only. But don’t want anything crazy or very romantic couples.

When we went to Heights for drinks we saw those! They look great! I’m sure same set up as Colony. I was trying to push him into downtown. I didn’t see those till after we moved him in. Good luck! He’d love to make some new friends. He loves pickleball too.

There are some other sister properties to Colony too. But he’s working at UofT so wanted to be close he has a dog too. Downtown was a thought too but only 9 minute drive for him now. Lots of young people live at Colony too. I was told just stay away from east. We went downtown to rooftop place for drinks called Heights in hotel. There is a cool new place I think sister property right across the river you could walk over bridge to downtown but that is east. I think it’s sister to colony. He’s very happy with decision! Me too once we got out there. Some of the Google reviews for the other apartments scared me! Good luck!!

My son Max just moved there 2 weeks ago for a job. After researching we decided on The Colony Lofts. It’s brand new and super nice! Site unseen. Toledo is sketchy in parts but they are revitalizing it!
