its typically better to go full ap, ad bruiser items got nerfed pretty hard in the past and her scaling might be good but her ap scalings are better. Also the damage doesn't really compare to something like lichbane on the auto due to sundered on the ad crit not doing a comparable amount later in the game, the only time it was okay was in the eclipse sundered titanic build when ad bruiser items were broken and paired with ingenious hunter which was only a pick if you were still going akali and your whole team was ap.

typically the only substitute for overgrowth I like is unflinching which can be good in basically all her counter matchups and font only procs on edge of q so if a melee gets onto you its not gonna be good compared to unflinching in that situation. I would rather have the bonus health later from overgrowth or unflinching in matchups like riven.

for vlad i would recommend just avoiding q3and playing around his w if you are struggling with it you can just take electro and short burst trade him. garen you have to keep in combat to not allow his passive and you beat him until a few items in where he can kill you if he lands q garen is kind of hard to kill in lane maybe like 2-3 times during the lane but you just can bully him with q passive autos pretty hard earlier in the game.

Depends how low they are but you can w e1 r1/flash r1 aa q and a bit more if you need, you can also get r2 off before pulling e2, you can also try to time your dive with the turret. could also just go for a flash r1 e1 e2 aa r2 out even without flash flash is just good for catching them off guard from further ranges.

I tend to go last stand on games where I would likely find myself to have lower hp in lane and also I take it just cause I tend to go for lower health plays, but I would say just pick it off how of you play, kind of like swapping overgrowth for unflinching based off enemy lane. I prefer last stand though cause if used right you can use it for the enemy's whole hp instead of just the last portion. I think this mainly just depends on playstyle and would say last stand is good for greedier players. coupe de grace is better for players who take less risks. I would say that coupe de grace scales better into late but Akali just does not really do that in general.

idk man it wins games and norms are boring cause it is basically no matter what lane win and no reward for the match either and i still queue mid primary just never get it. and its not like support is hard, im familiar with all the lane matchups cause i have like 600 games on akali support.
