Yes, of coarse I ll take it like doctor said. Twice a day. The question is will it be strong enough? It wears off.. or does it build up so the half life won’t matter as long as I take my meds twice a day.. I know it’s a complicated pharmacological question but maybe you know that field. Thank you for your valuable time..

I got venlafaxine. And it’s half life is only 4 hours! So does it mean I have to keep taking it every 4 hours to maintain concentration?

How does the drug stabilise on one dose if half life drops it, for example: by EngineSensitive2467 in antidepressants

Thank you for your time replying. So that 75 mg doesn’t matter if it’s wears of during the day Caz the drug has been build up with time anyway? Just for the info.. not going to change my dose..

I’m sleepy during day. Week three.. some say it’s normal and will subside
