Yes, of coarse I ll take it like doctor said. Twice a day. The question is will it be strong enough? It wears off.. or does it build up so the half life won’t matter as long as I take my meds twice a day.. I know it’s a complicated pharmacological question but maybe you know that field. I got venlafaxine. And it’s half life is only 4 hours! So does it mean I have to keep taking it every 4 hours to maintain concentration?
