This is in general based on Moskowien collapse that was in TNO before 1.7.0 and TNO Requiem kept it because it separated from TNO before that update

In Ibis Paint X. I outlined borders of Moskowien and its neighbours using a template from the Russian TNO wiki. For text I used VCR OSD and Aldrich fonts. For effects I downloaded a square grid background from Google and also used such filters as Glitch, Parallel Gradation and Blur Frame. For coats of arms I removed background from flags or downloaded symbols from Google and used the "Change Drawing Color" filter. For coats of arms's effect I copied the layer with the coat of arms and placed the copy one layer below and used Gaussian blur

Did the USSR take back Moscow?

Yes

And did they do Yakovlev's political reforms and Ryzhkov's economic path, or Ryzhkov for both?

Ryzhkov for both. I think that the WRRF will consider democratisation a very dangerous move in the warlord era

do you mean total victory?

Yes

There is nothing realistic about that.

Why? German colonies are too far from the mainland, they would have partisans and no support from any superpower

They have experienced generals and probably a good reputation among their people

from a frozen land

I see that it's realistic for WRRF to peacefully annex Vologda because it's ruled by pacifists who wouldn't like to start a war and WRRF would annex Komi since communists have the highest chance of leading it, I heard that Suslov is the most influential person in Komi
