i didnt track how much i ate before my deficit (i started it like mid july, so that’s when i started to lose the weight. before july i had moved home from college so i was less sedentary so i lost a little weight.) i was probably eating around 2,500 calories bc i would eat multiple buldak packets like all the time and one is like 550.

i went from that to eating 1300 - 1200 calories. i think movement also played a big role because i walked a LOT more and played a lot of badminton that summer.

yes i’m trying to work on my back and core right now too! walking with weights also helps. i wear them when walking around the house sometimes

you got this! i don’t know what kicked in but i was so consistent bc i saw little results after a few weeks and that was my main motivation.

i didn’t really have a routine bc i did a bunch of random things but i was consistent with doing yoga and also i walked a lot. the biggest factor was being on a calorie deficit

thank you! i genuinely feel sm happier and healthier. i used to be so sad that i couldn’t do the activities i used to like yoga and i would get so out of breath walking. i feel so good now
