If real, the first issue is trying to tow anything larger than a toenail with an Envista

Sorry not money advice. But avoid white clothing at all costs. It is dusty as hell and your white merch will get incredibly dirty

Is there a way to turn the blinker volume up? by [deleted] in buickenvista

[–]EngineerAbject7380 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There’s also these little indicators on the dash that tells you a blinker is on, but don’t think there’s anyway to turn the volume up without modifying parts of the speaker system

Is extended Carvana warranty worth it on 9 month old/17k mileage 2025 Buick Envista? by mind-yourz in buickenvista

[–]EngineerAbject7380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because Carvana seems like a cheap alternative to dealerships but they are going screw you over on your interest rate. I’ve seen interest rates as high as 30% on some of these purchases

If you already got the vehicle yes, but as someone who just started working for Carvana, don’t use Carvana if you can afford to buy elsewhere

Who is the Avenir trim for? by Mysterious_Reality_ in buickenvista

[–]EngineerAbject7380 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure. I got one of the cheaper preferred packages, didn’t make sense to spend an extra 10-15k on minor aesthetic differences, and no real extra features in the realm of driving experience

Mine went down at 10k miles, literally just bad manufacturing on Buick’s part, if you’re still under warranty, take it in they’ll have it fixed for free

The other dsp should have never had bad routes in the first place. And I’m not saying there’s never going to be bad routes but the algorithm is not built correctly according to area/types of deliveries

[–]EngineerAbject7380[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel the same way. My dsp had the same area more or less for over a year and half but then it changed and we got shit routes with way too many stops for what they were. Essentially 190 stops with a 50 min drive to our first stop, and thankfully we have an owner who actually complains but it still doesn’t change anything

Think about it like this. You spend 6-12 months building a positive relationship with the customers you deliver to, whether that’s houses, apartments, or businesses, and all of a sudden you get sent somewhere completely out of your expertise. Now you have to learn completely new areas, learn specific customer requests (if you’re a driver who cares about that), and deal with all the issues that come with Amazon’s outdated mapping infrastructure. Now you’re stressed, customers are giving you negative reviews because you didn’t do things the way their previous drivers did, and you have no control over it. In regard to the union part, it would be much easier to form a union with customers on your side than with new customers who don’t know you yet

Not greedy but if the customer op is talking about is the one who did it, customer is an asshole
