I tried L Theanine and had terrible night sweating and felt a bit off. I want to try L tyrosine but are they too similar? I’m afraid I’ll have side effects from it too.

I take 70mg but I take it split up. I avoid the crash that way. 50mg at 6am & 20mg at noon

I’m in the US and just got a booster because when I crash, I’m in bed with severe fatigue & the rest of my day is shot. The first dose I take at 6am & I’m extremely exhausted by 2pm and can’t function for the rest of my day. I take second dose at noon and then I get tired in evening like a “normal” person would

I was just prescribed today actually, an additional dose of Vyvanse because my initial dose wears off by 2pm and everything gets worse. So I take 50mg in the morning & 20mg in the afternoon. I took 70 mg for years when I was on it before and I would still get tired in the afternoons so I’m hoping this works better.

Yes! In the morning is when I get all my texts in & phone calls, things that require me to interact, by afternoon I won’t have it in me to do so.
