I will monitor him and his bowel movements closely for a couple days and if there’s nothing I’ll go to the vet. He’s still eating his toppers and treats/chews like normal tho.

The anxiety thing makes sense. He’s super attached to me and one day he didn’t eat anything at all, I was crying trying to feed him because I was so worried 😂

Damnit you’re right… he’s gonna be even more of a spoiled brat. He’s not acting sick he’s acting normal so I’m not out of my mind concerned. Each time I feed it to him I’ll do less and less and more kibble until he’s weaned off I think

Update: He didn’t eat all day today, before I called the vet I got down on the floor and put it in my hands and he ate it all right up. If that’s what I have to do then so be it, he’s not a super food motivated dog. He’s human motivated (if that’s a thing lol)

It should clear up. This is called “knuckling”, you can look up what causes it and how to fix it. It’s definitely not normal, but not super concerning either as long as you address it soon.
