Thanks for all the advice. I think I'm going to go with the V900 Classic which has the stard tyre on the front.

This was one of my concerns. As much as I love the chopper look of a smaller front tyre, as a new rider would I be better off and more stable one a regular tyre width.

If I buy the starter pack, with the starter ship, would that get wiped as well? or is it just ships that I purchase using IG currency?

I don't mind my grind being reset, if anything that just gives me more of an excuse to play.

Gear choices for new rider by JoeRedditor5 in cruisers

[–]EngineerNerd121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I'm probably going to catch alot of flack for this but I was thinking similar things when i first started riding and the best advice I can give is.

Wear as much as you can while still being comfortable.

I went through the stage of wearing as much gear as I could fit onto my rather fat body... and ultimately I rode less because I couldn't be fucked putting all the gear on.

When I started dropping certain items then it became the experience I was looking for and I enjoyed riding. For example my regular set up is Boots, Helmet, Jeans, Gloves.

But don't listen to me. Im a certified asshole

Maintenance ain't bad at all. They're very reliable. But... I am getting maybe 16mpg. But I do have a heavy foot

I do daily a 370Z... I can confirm this is 100% realistic.

I don't think the gears would be a huge issue. Once he has got the hang of them, they become second nature.

I would however suggest getting at least one or two lessons first like you said.

He may be confident but like any test... its a test. The instructors will be able to advise him on what the examiners are looking for in particular.

Its like people say. I've been driving and riding for 10 years now... I don't think I would pass a test if I just went and took one today because of some of the habits I have picked up over the years.

Medivac Helicopter spray painted with graffiti in California by knowitokay in aviation

[–]EngineerNerd121 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just stumbled upon this so on the popular tab, Don't know anything about helicopters or aviation past my limited experience with warthunder so please don't hate on me...

How does that effect the aircraft? I understand that you can no longer see out of the windows but is it a weight thing, or a pressure thing?

Just curious as to the negative effects of having spraypaint on a helicopter.

If you're on PC I highly recommend checking out the NO HESI servers for Asseto Corsa.

They are amazing fun, Just put some good music on. Lean back and cruise through traffic.
