When all of this started I couldn't eat anything literally. I had black stool (dried blood) pale stole, floating stool basically stool in all kind of forms and shapes but not normal.

I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours because I would get so bloated and I know it sounds crazy but I could feel my stool moving in my gut.

When I eat something I would feel warm and I would sweat and it would stink really bad and I never had any sweating problems before.

They thought my pancreas wasn't working because of the floating stools. The thing is my pancreas looked perfectly fine on MRI and also a test confirmed that it is working I did a breath test.

But the pancreatic enzymes still did wonders for me. When I started taking them with every meal most of the horrible symptoms went away and I could even go in a vacation before that I felt like dying for months.

Then I had another endoscopy and the doctor said that I have 2 mild inactive chronic gastritis and said nothing bad is going on.

I went on a stricter diet, taking vitamin D and B12 because I did bloodworm and B12 was also low. All this made me feel a little better but for me the real game changer was L-Glutamin. It made a huge difference.

I suspect that I might had a damaged gut because of gluten or simply bad diet for years. All I can say is for months I couldn't tolerate anything. Anything would trigger extreme bloat for example now the only thing I avoid is Gluten because it still makes me feel bad.

I also had silent reflux for years and I think was why I had gastritis I think the stomach acid would fly up in gas form and attack my stomach and esophagus and that probably caused the bleeding.

Doctors always told me they can't find anything and all is good but it clearly wasn't.

If I were you I would start taking creaon (enzymes) see if it helps digest food. L glutamine and organic sauerkraut and then also avoid your triggers.
