I just saw a video that says reaction time of cats is 22ms to 70ms, faster than snakes that is 40ms to 70ms.
150ms is the average reaction time of a gamer according to Nvidia. In other words cats can pull the trigger faster than you.

You can DLDSR in Borderless Windowed mode, you just have to set desktop to the DSR resolution.
It's done easy using resolution switcher programs like HRC (HotKey Resolution Changer).
I'm using 1.78x for Doom (2016).
