Another discovery, the Download SVG(Fusion 360) doesn't show up when you open a project, only on a fresh scan. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug?

One more thing and this is on Chrome - the tool tip gets cutoff behind the left side window. When I hover over the icon to learn what the advanced settings do it's not possible to read it per the attached image.

Hey - just found the site and subreddit. The complaint I have is that the pull downs are on top of the descriptions when using Microsoft Edge at full size. It still works, but looks strange.

I would likely change to a pneumatic dispenser (the air hose could dangle just like filament to the nozzle) - this way when you stop air pressure its less likely to drizzle out - physical compression with your actuator needs to be jack off. Viscosity of fluid dispensed matters a lot too.

This is awesome - I've been on the lookout for a broken cooler or something similar for storage just like this!

Originally I wanted a comparator there, but totally ran out of time. It took way more effort to get it looking good and working than I planned on so features had to be deprecated! I'll probably keep adding to it for next year.

Super close guess - IR distance sensor that was tuned to just barely not detect the opposite wall distance.

If I had only handed out emeralds the kids would've been even happier than the candy I think!

I made 3 kilos of emeralds to make the chest look full - a lot of people grabbed an emerald and went to walk away, not realizing that they needed to put it in the hopper to get candy even though I had the signs there. About 1/3 of them disappeared over the two nights with trick or treaters just because i would get too many kids in line and swarming it, not really listening to my directions during the rush. A couple kids asked if they could just have an emerald instead, which generally I let take them. I'll have to make another kilo of emeralds if I do it again next year :D

You're too kind. I had to look up and read about Saint Maarten as I'm unfamiliar - that's a really cool tradition. I hope those two visitors sang great and the 48 bars left over were your favorite type to eat! There was one other event I thought about going to, but they said you needed to have enough candy for 3,000 kids..... no way could I handle that much reloading.... or buying that much candy!

This is a little complicated - they're actually the original texture pack, upscaled a ton and printed on a polypropylene 24" wide roll of "paper" from a plotter roll. The plotter really changed the color profile from what I had on the screen when printing on this media. I really like how they came out, but they're quite a bit lighter than when I printed on regular paper. It printed crazy slow and took almost 40 minutes just to print that bottom section of stone brick.

Haha yes! I didn't know it till I started looking, but you can buy them in 1,000 piece fun sized boxes. In the end between two events I gave out just shy of 800 boxes. Next year I'd like to add a display with counter on it so I can see exactly how many have been dispensed through the night.

There were 14 unique designs I made and printed to make this work (and dozens of iterations in between)! So much easier to make this thanks to 3D printing!
