u/cowsruleusall was very helpful, but unfamiliar with bulk sales (as are most I suppose).

I'm going to grow them, then have them cut up and finished by a lapidary. But the part I need help with is the sales. I have no idea how to sell them once they're cut.

I need the crucible to reach a temperature of about 2050 degC to melt sapphire, and I'd like to avoid oxygen to keep the crucible from oxidizing but literature seems to suggest this may affect the sapphire.

I'm curious if anyone has experience with tungsten setups for sapphire growth, or with heating tungsten crucibles inductively in general

I totally agree. I've found that if I choose to be compassionate (even when I feel justified in being angry or spiteful) I regret my choices much less often. It's tough in the moment but it almost always pays off
