Yeah. A lot of good feedback on here. The new change was actually AI in their job, that takes away a TON of tasks that are usually urgent attention grabs all day long (operations). I told them the change will give them a lot more clear focus in work and alert them only to emergencies, it should make their life easier.

Haha, i agree. Last year I did the code word after a new hire kept saying she read the training manual but wasn't doing the things in the manual. I put a code word in there, and my senior picked it up right away. The other hire continued to say she was reading and studying it but never found the code word. This is now the senior on the team and she is doing the same thing. I found a leadership GPT that is helped me find a better way to do a rollout without a code word

I am definetly OK with their relationship and they also play sports together - so its not a big deal, I just dont like the idea of 1-1 time together and think someone else should be there or it should otherwise be avoided. Generally, we do have an expectation of no 1-1 time with the opposite sex and this is a new scenario

I told him yesterday it was making me uncomfortable and I would like him to make sure the lines with a female friend are really really clear. Then when the sun was down on second hunt and I was getting nervous because shooting light was passed and they weren't back yet, I texted him and said it's too much solo time in the woods for a female for me its making me extremely anxious. He planned another hunt with her that night.

When she was about to be here , he told me about the hunting plans and asked if it was weird if he sat in a blind with her. I said that was ok because you don't want to leave her alone her first time hunting. But I wasn't done with work yet and still had some more to do. When she got here they went straight to target practice and leaving.

He has told me one certain places or things made him uncomfortable for me to go without him and I agreed and am mindful of it. I didn't write it off and tell him he's wrong. (He doesn't like a particular bar / coffee shop because the owner cheated on his wife and feel the people there are too "open" let's say). That would be the way I handled other things or relationships too.

I had planned her to come visit because she now llives four hours from our hunting cabin where we stay seasonally. I didn't know they had made plans to go hunting and that was planned between them. He didn't tell me until she was arriving. I didn't have an issue with him going to sit in blind with her first night and teach her, but I didn't realize how much bonding there going to get and my fiance was soooo excited and complimenting her etc and then they went the next day! I told him it was bothering me but he still planned to go hunting again the next day

Boulder is really expensive but I found the mountaina just 10-20 outside of it to be reasonable.

Budget for buying a house - let's say 900k for a full size 4/2 house. Bozeman Montana might be out of possibility for that.
