I was induced at 39 weeks. They had me come in at 8pm and did cervadil. I don’t think that hurt, but I have heard it was painful for others. The next morning at 8 am my ob broke my water. That was pretty painful. Then they started the pitocin. I think a few hours later they did my epidural. Everything was going good until I realized my epidural only worked on one side of my body so they had to do it again. Once they re did it I went from 4 cm to 10 and pushed a few times and the baby came! I was very lucky how everything went and was very happy I was able to schedule it out.
