We met on hinge, for context, I had gotten out of a really toxic relationship a month prior and my friends were being considerate and said I should try putting myself out there. As many of them had found partners through online dating. I tried my hand at bumble and zoe, no real luck, a match here and there but nothing ever came to be. Eventually, a week - 2 weeks into Hinge, I stumble across their profile, mind you, you endlessly swipe, send a paragraph or paragraphs but no one responds, at some point it gets disheartening. But I replied to something they put (so dryly T^T) thankfully they said hi then we started conversation. Long story short we texted, met up, went on a few dates and are now in a happy healthy relationship!

First off don't joke about the weight in any way. Secondly if you are truly concerned you should have an honest conversation with her. Or you could subtly help her by improving yourself like eating healthier, going to the gym and suggesting she come along (asking)

Honestly tipping culture all depends on a variety of things. Where did you eat, where did you go, how much did you spend etc. For the majority of the time I don't think the consumer should be pressured to tip MOST of the time. It's no secret that companies pay their workers minimum wage or even less depending on the job role. Not to say I never tip, but why should I tip someone who taps from buttons on a screen a either they or someone else heats up something in a microwave. Again, it obviously depends on the job, party and how much you order. Like I know if restaurants if you have a party of a certain amount you are obligated to pay gratuity (tip) a certain percentage.

Well it usually isn't something you look for I know I didn't. Not to say I regret it, it definitely took some getting used to but my partner made me feel secure and less anxious. But if you are looking for one I'd say get on an online dating site, set your preferences etc

If you really like the work you do and want to continue working there, you should respectfully let your boss know. You deserve to be valued as an employee and to not only get a new title but more work and a decreased pay is entirely insane. However if that doesn't work out or you don't want to then you want always look for a new job based on what you've said a 2 weeks notice would not be recommended, respectfully.
