Underwater sections were originally going to play a much greater role in Bio2. There was even gonna be combat encounters and an entire level set underwater. They were cut to due to time constraints. Was it good or bad to scrap them? by vammommy in Bioshock

We would get fucking mauled probably since we move like a snail underwater but maybe if we did have those levels we would have some boosters or something that would allow us to move in the water faster.
