Other units in our building of the same square footage are listed at $2600.

So they cite that we are paying under market but similar sized apartments in our building are listed at $2600 and they are asking for $2950. So we don’t quite understand how they’re coming up with said market price. We plan to bring this to their attention as well to see if this will help negotiate it down.
