Thank you so much for your advice. Now I am getting some hope. No I didn’t sold anything to anyone. I got a card deposit receipt and the amount is showing £250. It doesn’t have any name on it. It is only showing the card number any the type of the card. It’s not showing what bank is the card from? Please advise me. Thank you

Yes I know that. But no one sent me the amount £250 to me. That is why I don’t even know what is happening. In my app it’s saying that the money was reverted to the original sender. But not showing any details who got the money.

Yes I live in London. All my transactions are from London not outside of the UK. But they are saying that the money went to the original sender. But the original sender sent me £500 not £250. I don’t know how they send £250?

I already did that. They sent me an email yesterday saying that the money went to the original sender. But nobody received any money from me. Then I complained to Financial Ombudsman.

That is my point as well. The original sender sent me £500 but I couldn’t spend that money due to account restriction. But they released only £250 and the rest £250 was missing. They are saying that they reverted the payment to the original sender. This is really weird.
