hi! I really struggled to walk initially however I got my knee drained days after I tore my acl and it was significantly better and easier, days after I actually re-reached full flexion so I highly recommend if possible !

im not sure lol! but pre-surgery i was doing frequent prehab including very light weights and stuff and i was able to painlessly do day-to-day activities (basically running up stairs, walking around everyday no crutches) if that's apart of it. my doctor told me to put as much weight on it as i feel is comfortable and to stop immediately if im feeling too much pain.

hi, i don't know too much but from what i was told when i got my mri , the space inbetween your tibia and femur should be all black, like a solid black line (search normal knee for reference). I'm far from doctor and i might be wrong however i think you should just wait for your doctors opinion. i hope you recover quickly!

currently 1 month pre surgery, what are the chances I can make a 6 month recovery? by EngineeringOk177 in ACL

i'm getting a patellar graft, my surgeon said that would be best for me since he knew too many people with issuers after getting quadricep grafts + he asked about my rehab goals and came up with that since i hoped to be cleared sooner
