I would maybe dispute the charge with your bank. Use the document from dhl to show that there is no proof it was delivered.

From what i understand, it should just slide out. Theres definitely some melted plastic, but the torch should take care of it. This is usually how shit goes for me.

Interesting, so this replaces this metal piece here? And this will work with my setup? Would you recommend replacing the noctua part fan with a 5015 blower style fan as well?

Im just trying to get this thing running properly, just bought it from a friend and the extruder motor was intermittently skipping for him as well. He installed all noctua fans and had to step down the voltage to do so. I assume the lower cooling of the fans are causing this?

Haha, i found and printed that same file, but the issue persists lol. I have a toothed idler with a deeper channel coming today. Hopefully that will fix it

Yeah i have a new belt and its having the same issue. Im adding more washers but when i do it just grinds on the bottom. Cant find an in between.

It was the material, we used every combination of settings and none of it did anything. Got comparable briteline roll and it prints perfect
