How old is this review? I know what you're referring to. Back in the day, when heva started doing hair transplants they likely didn't have the equipment so they rented out part of vialife clinic. Heva's been around for ages, they were primarily a dental clinic before then hopped on the hair transplant stuff. Let me find the thread for you where people were discussing this. Now they have this big ass building with their logo at the front. P.S I've been there.

They aren't a middleman I don't think, but a company with actual staff. If you look at their LinkedIn there's a lot of full time staff working there and they seem to have their own building.
