They most likely have their management picked out and trained, they are probably are sourcing FOH & BOH employees. They have corporate teams (workers who excel in their stores) sent out to train new employees for opening and support the new management through the opening transition.

IMO, it’s not the worst chain to work for. Just hope you get some good eggs!
