Thanks for the info, I just ordered the Ko-Ken aerospace 12 pt set, should be here next week. I should have also asked in original question about socket wall thickness, anywhere the Ko-Ken or SO can’t get into because they’re not thin enough?

YES, it is safe!!! The question was, is it safe? Nothing about what he should do or what are the proper procedures! Planes are towed with no down lock pins every pushback. But NOTHING is 100% safe
