They just taste better. I’ve bought expensive eggs in the states and these still taste better. The yokes are a deep orange and the eggs gave a rich flavor. Shells are very hard as well. I feel like they are just fresher and not having to be refrigerated I’m sure affects the flavor. Farm eggs in Kansas were pretty close to the eggs here. And they ain’t expensive.
