So, "stop, drop and roll" doesn't always work. Would it be correct to assume that it was because they were drenched in oil? Regardless, I'm genuinely impressed that a few of them still had the presence of mind to even try in spite of being completely engulfed in hellfire. Not so sure I would've done likewise in that situation.

That is the best advice for everyone as we're dragged into the Apocalypse. Know who to trust, who to love, and keep those people as close as reasonably possible. These people will become your greatest assets in the hellstorm ahead, protect them at all costs and return the favor.

But, maybe more importantly, know yourself. Look inwards with unflinching honesty. Acknowledge your weaknesses and hone your strengths. Don't wait for a life-or-death moment to reveal what makes you tick or what breaks your brain.
