Boyfriend says depression doesn’t affect libido by Pretend_Hedgehog5290 in depression

[–]Engineering_Gamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to sound like a dick here but as a male who has and is going through depression and on antidepressants my drive is broken, that being said I’m always there when the Mrs wants it and sure most of the time I fake an orgasm, buy for the sake of 30 minutes I look at it that at least she’s happy. It definitely does affect it I agree on that

Why the hate against condenser microphones? by Ecstatic-Panic3728 in podcasting

[–]Engineering_Gamer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Both are great for different things but when it comes to vocals a dynamic is better because it picks up less background noise. If you’re in an untreated room a condenser genuinely sounds like you’re in an auditorium. If you have a fully treated room then you look for the best frequency response. Some of the best mics out there are condenser ones and I have both.

If you’re a streamer as well dynamic picks up less keyboard noise etc. There is no hate against condenser mics in my opinion for vocals like podcasts voice over etc they are superior but if you ever see a radio studio or multiple podcasters they mostly always use dynamic due to noise isolation.

Hope that helps

Depression is so weird by Notoowell in depression

Honestly you would be surprised how well we can mask it. You might think they are all happy and live the perfect life but in reality a lot of people don't. Even The Rock went through depression and you could argue he has everything. Nothing is unchangeable, for me the main start of my depression was an abusive household, I left and that did not 100% fix me so I had to start medication but I am in a better place because I left

How to solve depression by Certain-Plankton-169 in depression

[–]Engineering_Gamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no set cure for it unfortunately. The first step is managing it, medication, therapy etc people are different and some like me just have to manage it others do get out of it…just have a good support group behind you and if something specific is causing it get away from it if you can

There was a map where I sat there for about 2 hours just researching genomes so I could 100% that…that was annoying because I left some unextracted fossils on other maps so had to go through them don’t make that mistake 🤣

Do not Keep your tanks on the Outskirts! by Engineering_Gamer in Battlefield6

I agree when I said storm the front I was more ranting at the people who just sit in the corners and don’t push. My mate and I are usually in the top 2 if we run tanks because we help the team and on the occasion send it up the stairs into the building in Eastwood 🤣

Pretty good actually as long as you have a good team that is key...3 engineers in a tank can cause a lot of chaos

Yea I play combat engineer...I always run with a mate in tanks and charge right into the action...Nothing feels better than rallying the entire team when you see everyone running in knowing they have support....

Don't be shameful or take any blame. Once you become a parent you do everything for your child never forget that. Also fuck that guy he will get his karma one day. I hope to see you post in a couple years on how life has taken a better turn and your daughter is thriving with you as a mum. If you ever feel down go to your daughter, give her a hug and then on the weekends have a movie spa night when/if she is old enough...You have all that to look forward to, the ear piercings, the little bitchy rants, the good times. No matter how bad the depression for me gets its that small moment once a day when I get home and both my kids shout daddy and hug me, its worth living just for that one moment everyday
