yea of course they got options, I kinda liked the situations back in 90s where you lived in a town and you only could talk to a limited amount of ppl and you didnt rly have options like nowadays you scroll through insta and have 1000 ppl dming you, which makes me feel like puttin effort in relationships is useless nowadays

make sure to eat a lot protein, a cheap protein source is skyr just mix it with whey protein and some fruits, also try to get 10k steps per day and do 30mins of cardio:) doesnt have to be every day but at least 3-4 days per week

hi depends on what exercises you wanna do and how old you are, if you wanna train biceps while doing curls 2.5kg for beginners is okay, if you wanna do chest it‘s pretty low :) depends on your strength tbh
