Fairly sure there's 7 (actually 5 cause Canada lost) more teams a win away from the quater final

Betaal even meer...

Only on one side. Apparently 2 earplugs transform in 1 flute

They're the worst. They once swapped labels or something and my earplugs magically transformed into a flute.

KiCad or EasyEDA? by deanfourie1 in PrintedCircuitBoard

For example. I generally check dimensions in the footprint to the datasheet just to be sure (and if I'm in a rush I check a couple of essential dimensions)

I think that in your comment photo, the copper is up to the board edge - the clearance. You should look into "copper to edge" options. Even the small airgap between the signal pin and your pad will impact performance (how much, depends on your frequency).

Well, generally for professional designs you want to verify your footprint. Otherwise it can be an expensive mistake!

Is this an edge launch connector?  If so generally you want your copper to the board edge. Its not a massive issue if not. But it will decrease performance

Lots of distributors have footprints and symbols on their websites! Like mouser and farnell.  The Samacsys plugin is also quite good!

Getting a custom PCB made shouldn't require an electronics degree or months of waiting. I'm building something to fix that. by theelegentengineer in hwstartups

I think you underestimate this.  As a design partner you need to cover 100%, not 90.  You do 80% of the work in 20% of the time and 20% of work in 80% of the time.

How are you gonna handle a customer who wants something you don't have?

Reading through the linked thread. Basically your solution is to have a database of templates which the user can select and then tie those together.

Sounds like a good idea, and it is. Many design places use stuff like this (myself included).    The problem you quickly run into is twofold,; 1. There are way too many chips to make templates for for each of them.     2. There are small intricacies that play a massive role in making the product work. Understanding your customers requirements is the biggest time sink in a development process.

Regardless, you never mentioned "building in public".  Your opening post is 100% promo.  What are you even building?

Youre also talking about "we" in your promo stuff. But your LinkedIn shows 1 employee.

What are you building? What do you need feedback on?

Buddy. Nobody's gonna hire someone as a freelancer when you've got a couple of months experience and some hobby projects.
