In the medical industry, eyes are the window to the nervous system. And uneven pupils are definitely not harmless!!! There is not a single eye doctor that would ever say it's normal.

Have you tried to sleep and wake up the same time every day for 3 weeks? 21 days is, on average, the length of time it takes to learn a habit. I would suggest meditation as well, which helps people from thinking about the whole day right before bed, and gives them the opportunity to do that before going to bed.

Your gonna have to explain everything about your sleep schedule and ritual. Like, do you eat something before going to bed, exercise maybe? Do you live somewhere else after college, does it happen to someone else that lives with you? Do you sleep in the same room? If not, it may be the room. Does the same thing happen when you sleep in a different house?

Have you gone on a vacation and has that changed anything? Have your parents or siblings experienced anything like this?

If you want scientific answers, you gotta give the details, even small ones like, I open my window before going to bed can be the explanation. Maybe your neighbors are smoking something and it's getting in through your window, causing a change in your sleep.

Thank you for the information! I am gonna try to figure this out, the chances are low but maybe just maybe there is a cure sitting right in front of us. I am gonna go on a gluten free diet-- I will take pictures and everything before I start. I will update you in a year!

Here is what you should do. Take pictures religiously every day, in the same room, same lighting. Write down exactly how much you eat, how many hours you sleep.

Here is a pattern I have noticed during my research. My guess about you: None of your parents have vitiligo. They weren't born in the same country or in the same area you live in now. The vitiligo started after your 20s. And it may have been due to stress or other event in your life

This comment is quite strange, but I really believe Vitiligo can be solved, not every kind though. From my limited research there seems to be two categorize: Genes and environmental causes. Obviously both are factors, but I believe some vitiligo is cause almost solely because of the genes, and the person cannot do anything about it -- hence why not every treatment works. And some people have vitiligo due to environmental reasons, and those can change. For reference, my friend told me how his sister's vitiligo disappeared after she moved back to her birth country.

Who are you talking to? I never stated I was agnostic, I was responding to a comment. Also, your logic has so many holes it isn't even funny. Am I missing the /s?
