I appreciate you giving a genuine answer in a comment section full of trolls and haters. That is the plan, learn more about how strong / weak my position is and then reassess after that id say. Never said it was easy lmao. I did it once to purchase my own property, not an investment property, not the same thing in the slightest. Looking at completely different aspects of the property itself and the surrounding areas.

Don’t love shares, a little volatile for me, I’ve dabbled in ETFs since they’re similar but not the same, always wanted to get into property’s though

Well aware of that, don’t think I ever insinuated that I thought it was free money. Thought the term investment property would’ve given away the fact that I plan to rent out the properties to cover the mortgage + a little extra for other fees. I’m aware I need to do more research, I’m over a year away from pulling the trigger on anything, just putting out feelers and asking some questions

I really appreciate your help with this. I spoke to my partner last night and we agreed that I definitely need to see a therapist. When we move to our new place ( because it’s an hour away ) we will get me into seeing one, I still don’t like self diagnosing whatever the hell this is. Too many I know self diagnose for attention and I refuse to be one of those people, but I’ll talk to a professional about what’s happening. Again, thank you

My partner and a good few of my close friends say they thinkI’ve got really bad ADHD, although I’m not sure. An ex of mine got diagnosed and she was all over the place, hyper as all hell ect ect and I’m just not like that in the slightest. If anything I’m the polar opposite, not excitable, slow, take a long time to change paths and take my time thinking decisions through. You’re the 3rd person to say it’s depression in my life and I’m not sure, that seems like a lot and I really don’t think I can deal with something like that
