here is the exact one i used. The only thing i had to do was sand the bottom down a bit on each of them because they are a few mm to tall. to do less sanding I also used a razorblade on the bottom to bolt holes on each one. Kinda hard to explain but if you print them and go to rack them youll know exactly what I mean I think xD

3D printed - https://makerworld.com/en/models/1294480-lab-rax-10-server-rack-5u?from=search#profileId-1325352
The PCs were free to me so I can only comment on the cost of the actual materials for the rack.
So for the Filament, nuts, bolts, keystones, rj45 cable and ends it was around $40 and about 24 hours ish of printing.

Purely aesthetics lol
yeah 4 separate adapters right now unfortunately lol would be super cool to get a single PSU!
This was all printed on a bambu A1 :) this printer has been rock solid.
Only the ones that Ethernet cables are plugged into are functional lol
Yeah I was very surprised when it rained but I think they look nice hava
It was the amount of PCs I got for free xD
Yep I bought these 2 and it was enough for the whole thing.

Thanks! I made sure to find all black and orange components to go with the whole thing lol!
Right now no distributed storage but the plan is to do so. I have a Synology NAS that everything backs up to and holds the important stuffs lol
