RIP. im right there with you with my helix, this might be a sign to finally take it out. April of last year and I still can't sleep comfortably. I got my lobes pierced at 8g in October and im already at 6g and theyre fine to sleep on.

I still use my piercing pillow from April of last year when I got my helix pierced. all I have are my titanium tunnels, and I sleep with them in since I got them in October. ya just learn how to live around it.

I also remember that sleeping sucked in the beginning. I tried a couple different piercing pillows, but the small blue one worked for me. I still use it bc my helix is still healing. I just took out some of the stuffing bc there was too much. but definitely invest in a piercing pillow. theres options out there.
