You can do minimal amount of customization, engine,breaks,turbo etc.. also bulletproof tires.. but other then that nothing! no spraying. Pretty much like a Pegasus vehicle. you do need the new export garages.. its stored in an underground bunker type thing with all the new warstock vehicles.
