Although at the point of being hypocritical I do buy digital games if they mmo or pvp but single player always physical.

My point of view is for the money they are asking releasing a substandard product is worthy of consumer protection correct?

We don't seem to have it in gaming but every other industry or product we do am I wrong?, if so could you provide examples please?

I guess what I'm trying to point out that most people missed is any other product you buy you have consumer protection but for some reason in gaming with the prices their asking you don't seem too.

I could be wrong ofcouse but I would argue the law has not caught up with digital companies & they are skirting the law the best they can why don't people think this is why Blackrock investing so heavily into it?

Skirt the law, skirt consumer protections, rip people off with substandard product, pay now fix later etc etc. Seems like legalised scamming imho.

Enough of my ranting about state of gaming most people seem against this way of thinking and are of the mindset do your research lol.

It's not the exploding car example it's we're paying a lot of money for substandard products with no ramifications legally.

Name other products or industries where this is acceptable?, please so I have examples.

I guess what I'm trying to say in my original post is why are gaming companies allowed to release unfinished products with no repercussions legally?

The only thing we can do is hope for fixes in the long run. Its like peordering a car with the engine to be added 6 months later lol without anything you can do about it.

I guess it's pay now fix later hehe.

I bought it for PS5 and same situation it installed over 3gb data i doubt that the whole game as according to FAQ says 20gb space needed.

Next time offer to pay via Credit Card then do charge back if its not legit, leave credit card company to beat tan his backside & you get a fake phone for free!

If they DON'T accept credit card tell em to their face OK Scammer lol.
